Payments

We accept secure payments through Stripe, which includes major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and other supported payment methods. All transactions are encrypted and protected.

Custom Orders

Our custom pieces are created with love and energy, just for you.

Once your selected materials and design are confirmed via email and payment is completed, your order becomes final and non-refundable. We encourage you to be fully aligned with your choice before confirming, as each custom piece is made with focused intention.

Shipping

We ship from Los Angeles, California.

• U.S. Orders: Free shipping on all orders over $220. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS, and tracking is provided.

• International Orders: We ship worldwide. Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for shipping costs and any duties or import taxes. We default to UPS for international orders unless you request another carrier.

Returns & Refunds

We offer returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

• Returned items must be unused and in original condition.

• Return shipping is paid by the customer.

• Once we inspect and approve the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

• If an item shows signs of use, wear, or damage, we reserve the right to deny the refund and offer reshipping at your expense.

• Custom orders are not eligible for return or refund. Prior to shipping, we will confirm your design choices to ensure clarity and alignment.
